REVERSE ENGINEERING

SOMETIMES IT IS NECESSARY TO START THE PRODUCTION PROCESSOR WITH A SINGLE SAMPLE. WE UNDERSTAND. OUR REVERSE ENGINEERING SOLUTION WILL HELP YOU ACCOMPLISH THIS.

STEP 1

PRELIMINARY MEETING

During this meeting you present your product. We will discuss your project in order to propose several solutions to meet your needs. We will work from one of your samples. It is important to provide us with old sketches or drawings of your part or product in order to speed up the reverse engineering process to reproduce your existing part.

STEP 2

TECHNICAL DRAWING

From a sample you have, we will produce a technical drawing.

STEP 3

MANUFACTURE OF THE MOLD

At this stage, we make the mold for your product in preparation for production molding. We have a tool room on site to manufacture and/or repair the molds used for the manufacturing of plastic parts or products.  The molds are made at our plant in Montreal. The main advantages of having a tool room are: minimizes the risk of breakage since the molds are not transported outside, avoids unnecessary additional delays (due to transportation) and significant cost reductions.

STEP 4

SAMPLES

After the mold is made, we will produce your first samples. If you are not satisfied, we can make changes to the mold. Our goal is to meet your expectations and respect your guidelines.

STEP 5

DISTRIBUTION MOLDING

As soon as the first order is received, we will start the distribution molding of the product on a large scale.

DISTRIBUTION

You can entrust us with the distribution of your product to different locations such as tertiary distributors and direct retailers. It is essential that your distribution strategy be consistent with your target and your positioning. Distribution is the link that allows you to sell, so it is an essential step in the success of your project.
